Professor Charles 8L Bartholf, the principal, was anxioas to please all, and Miss Murehison, the teacher of the graduating class, was as bright as the sunshine.

The Foster medal was won by Miss Alios Hay ward, and the Foster diploma by Miss Maude Blades. The Lawson silrer medal was awarded to Miss Alice Price, and the bronze medals to James Newburger and Bessie O'NieL The exercises were well attended and the pro gramme Tery interesting and entertaining. It consisted of piano selections, solos, declama tions, essays, recitations, eta, and dosed with class day exercises. Frank Mortimer and John O'Dowd were the historians. Miss Alice Price read an essay on the class tree.

Miss Alios Banker oomposed the poem and James New- burger (rare the motto oration. The "Garel -Oration" was delirered by Kosooe Conklin. The response was by Alberr Kan of '8S and Miss Fannie Schwartz, and Harry Upp read the prophecy. The event of the day was the awarding of the diplomas by the Hon. William Mason.

The honors were carried o9 by Miss Carrie Earle, winning the Foster medal, and Miss Adrienno I Terbnry the diploma. Eleanor Charity Bard was awarded the Lawson silver medal, aad Belah Meyers and Isabella Jackson were given the first and second bronze medals. The ReT.

Dr. W. M. Lawrence delirered the Foster medals, and Mr. F.

W. Forch the Lawson medals. The programme which preceded the awarding of the' medals was interesting, and consisted of songs, essays, duets, ana recitations. The mnsie was very good, as were also the original productions. The chapel was tastily decorated, and on the blackboards wss displayed some excellent work by the pupils.
