Thelma Goldstein, Taunton, sons, Stanley J. Hackel, Newtonville, Melvin H. Hackel, Need-ham, Mass. Fostervold, 51, of 404 Alamanda Drive, died Thursday. Born in Willmar, he came to Anna Maria in 1962 following his discharge from the USAF.

He was a Lutheran. Survivors include two sons, Bradley Foster-void and Jeffrey Fostervold, Red Wing, three brothers, Reidar Fostervold, Minneapolis, Arne Foster-void, California, and Ralph Fostervold; a sister, Mrs. Heidi Plant, Mercer Island, and two sisters in Norway. MRS. ANNE S.

Miles Ruch, BroO' ASCAP Group Sues GAINESVILLE (By Staff Writer) Three members of the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers have filed suit for copyright infringement against a Waldo firm here in U.S. District Court. The suit alleges that Mary M. Bourne, Rosarita Music and Pic Music all ASCAP members, own copy rights to three songs performed at Bobby's Hide-A-Way, located on U.S. Highway 301 North, in Waldo, without their authorization.

He also was a director of the Florida Federation of Fairs and Livestock Shows. Other memberships include: Scottish Rite Tampa Con-jsistory, Egypt Temple Shrine, Downtown Tampa Rotary Club, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and its Committee of 100, Pan American Commission, the University Club, all in Tampa; the Florida Cattlemen's Association; and Pilgrim Lodge 552, Tulsa, Okla. During World War II, he was an armament supervisor for Douglas Aircraft in Tulsa, and an injury suffered there prevented him from entering military service. Twedell was a graduate of the University of Arkansas. I He was a Baptist.

Reported Lost, viator Conrad Turns Up Safe BODOE, Norway (UPI) -Max Conrad, America's 65-year-olc flying grandfather, Reported from Greenland early today. He was waiting for favorable weather conditions before continuing his flight around the world.

The report was received by Bodoe Air Radio Station personnel who said they were in touch with Conrad at Air Station "North" in Greenland and he told them he had abandoned his plan to fly to Trom-soe in northern Norway. Conrad said he had changed Bis flight plan and would fly Iceland instead of Tromsoe when weather permits. Last night an official at Tromsoe Airport said nothing had been heard from Conrad but that it had received a request for a weather report from Air Station North, which is situated in eastern Greenland. The weather report was generally favorable for crossing the North Atlantic but warned of danger of icing. Conrad started his flight from St.

Louis, in his twin-engined "St. Louis Woman."
