He also owned several businesses, including a family movie theater; a jewelry store and a Tastee Freeze. He was Pentecostal. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Eufemia; five daughters, Norma Cuadrado, Aida Sheppard and Luz Hernandez, all of Pinellas Park, Rosa Rivera, Puerto Rico, and Neida Villalobos, Miami; a sister, Teresa Perez, Miami; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
