Volkers. After considerable time had been consumed in the arguments both motions were overruled by Judge Harry wards. Yesterday the plaintiff endeavor- I ed to introduce into evidence the 1'clty of Freeport traffic ordinance to show which car had the right of way at the time of the accident. This was objected to by the defense on the grounds that the state law in this regard controlled and the court sustained the objection, refusing to admit the city ordinance.
