As a feature of the Fish-a-thon, Biggs said, nine special prizes would be given to children who register between 8 and 9 A.M. Other prizes' will be given for the largest fish, smallest, the largest string and for catching specially tagged fish. Biggs added that all safety precautions have been considered and the Red Cross will be on hand to take care of any mishaps. Refreshments will be given to all children taking part in the Fish-a-thon.
