If the new tariff bill is going to be only half as bad to the citrus growers of this State as Mr. Temple says then the Citrus Exchange needs a cool, level headed man to weather the storm and not one who loses his temper and, because he is able financially to stand what he says is an inevitable loss, to do his utmost to bring that loss as soon as possible upon the other growers by advertising his property at what are said to be ridiculously low prices. It is certain that the great majority of the growers are men of moderate means and not the millionaire that Mr.

Temple is reputed to be. You would think that charity towards these men would have prevented him from advertising his holdings broadcast and, if he is as anxious to sell as he states, that he would have pursued a different course. That Mr. Temple's administration up to the present time Has been a good one for the citrus growers I suppose there is no doubt; but, in my opinion, his usefulness is at an end. If he has tendered his resignation it should be accepted at once.

If not tendered then it should be demanded, and a man placed at its head who is capable of making "victory the child of defeat." The sooner he is deprived of his official capacity the less harmful will be the results of his advertisements. J. R. MICKLER. PRESCRIPTION NOW GOOD FOR BABY es well as for its mother.
