The State 'Auditor Can Not Delegate His Authority. Brim Swift's Estate Goes to Hi Two Danfhters. Divorce Suit Filed The Eaneley Probate and Other Court Newa. Jndge Fbroder yesterday decided several cases where intonctions were sought against the County Auditor and tbe Treasurer to prevent the collection of taxes. The cases were those of McCall against the Auditor.

Walkeragainst the same. Holbrook against the same. Kirby against the same. Leusleck against the satus and "Webner against the same. In the first case tbe Jndge held that the State Auditor conld not.
