Noun, according to an inventory on file Wednesday in Polk County Probate Court. Dr. Noun, a dermatologist who lived at 3663 Grand died last Sept. 6 at the age of 63. The inventory, filed by two brothers, Dr.

Louis Noun of 604 Fifty-third st. and Norman Noun of Minneapolis, as executors of the estate, listed his property as: Stocks, bonds and other corporate securities, money on deposit, government bonds, U.S. treasury bills, assets of his medical practice, car, personal effects, $1,000, and art objects, $8,000. The last Polish military units Cut Food Howls TOKYO, JAPAN (AP) -About 1,500 dogs barked for imported food outside the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Wednesday. The dogs were brought to the ministry by some 3,000 dog fanciers carrying such signs as "Looking right and looking left, I can't find any food" and "Fellow doggies, let's bite off more allocation." Some of the dogs wore signs, too. The demonstration anything but a silent protest was against the ministry's restrictions limiting imports of dog food.

One Tokyo pet company said growing numbers of Japanese are breeding imported dogs, demand for dog food is growing in general, and imported dog foods are superior to and cheaper than Japanese brands although very scarce. The company said that according to government statistics, about 9,000 tons of dog food valued at $14 million are being consumed in Japan this year and 60 per cent is imported. Sponsors of the demonstration said 120 breeds, from St. Bernard to chihauhua, were represented. The small dogs were carried on a half-mile march to the ministry from a park near the Imperial Palace, and even one large dog got a ride on the shoulders of a devoted dog lover.
