Fletcher, 26, waived extradition proceedings after he was arrested Monday, said Delaware State Police Detective John Fral-ey. Fletcher will be returned to Pasco County in two to three days, said Pasco sheriff's spokesman Jon Powers. Fletcher was arrested Monday at a mobile home park outside Smyrna, Del. He escaped from custody in Dade City on Jan. 12, 1995, while awaiting trial in the slaying of a Lakeland man.
