Grumbling Santa Book Removed Santa Claus should not grumble about bad weather or ponder over minor details like how to get into a mobile home, officials at the West -Ottawa School District, Holland, have decided. School administrators have banned a children's Christmas book because it made the jolly, old gift- giver seem to have a negative attitude about Christmas, according to Superintendent Bradley Henson.

The book, written by English author Raymond Briggs, is called "Father Christmas" and traces the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day routine of Santa. The parents that complained felt the book gave a negative attitude about Christmas," said Ray Johnson, a West Ottawa administrative assistant. "They thought it made Santa's attitude toward Christmas too negative." So the book was taken off the shelves at all six of the district's elementary schools. Johnson said the district's school board was not formally involved in the action. 2 FOUND POSAL: Bids must be submitted In full In accordance with the requirements of the CLASSIFIED INDEX ANNOUNCEMENTS CLASSIFICATION 1-4?
