School administrators have banned a children's Christmas book because it made the jolly, old gift- giver seem to have a negative attitude about Christmas, according to Superintendent Bradley Henson.

The book, written by English author Raymond Briggs, is called "Father Christmas" and traces the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day routine of Santa.
