LOCATE LOST SON THROUGH "MOVI More than have the ino pictures been the means of iden ing someone thought to have dead. One of the most recent ca'fs occurred in Pittsburgh. Mr.

Their belief. was 4- founded recently, however, when tly attended the moving pictui-e shows ji one of the Pittsburgh oases. i This' picture, taken in London abot two weeks ago, shows the son Earl a pallbearer during the" interment the Zeppelin dead, whose bodies wej committed to the grave with the est honors their British foemen coul accord them.

i This was the first news the' Bei suckers, have received from the one in five months. The son, Ear who is veil known in Knoxville, lei Bluffton, Oct. death of John W. Terrell, age sixty-three, who died at Muneie Monday, marked the closing chapter of a murder case that thirteen years ago attracted the attention of the entire state. Terrell on July 12, 1903, shot and killed his son- in-law, Melvin He was sentenced to.

the state prison-for life, but before judgment had been passed he was declared of unsbund mind and sent to the Eastern Hospital for the Insane at Richmond. Four years later, in 1908, Terrell was paroled from the hospital and enjoyed his liberty under bond of $15,000. While Terrell was in the hospital the Indiana supreme court reversed the verdict of the jury because of a technicality. The original indictment returned on a printed form several yeafs old made the date of the crime 18908 instead'of the writer intending to cover the figure 8 with the 9 bu); failing to do so. The higher court reversed the case 'because this error.

At the time of the murder Terrell was one of the wealthiest men in Wells county, but he spent a fortune in fighting for his freedom. Before he was sent to the insane hospital he deeded all of his property regaining to his wife and it went to fne children at the time of her death, two' years ago. Terrell killed his son-in-law in a fit of anger brought on by Wolf tantalizing him about his daughter, with whom he (Wolf) had lived orfly-a short time. Wolf was driving past the Terrell farm and when he yelled at his father-in-law the latter seized a shot gun and fired, the shot almost tearing away one of Wolf's legs. Wolf drove to the office of a physician for treatment and Terrell followed him there breaking down the door and firing two more shots at Wolf as he lay on the operating table.

When Terrell saw his victim was dead he returned to his home and awaited the arrival of the sheriff. The death of Terrell occurred at the home of his daughter. Mrs. Lucy Johnson, where he had been visiting for three weeks. The funeral will be held at the Union church in Randolph county Wednesday morning.
