At the Orpheum A fast-moving stage show and fine motion picture combine to make the Orpheum theater's current offering one of the best of the season. Olsen and Johnson, that maniacal team of comics, capture all the honors of "Take a Chance." When they're around any other member of the cast hasn't a chance. It is lusty humor the stars dispense, with plenty of double- meaning wisecracks, but it drew gales of laughter from Tuesday Bight's audience.

Teppy Music Betty Allen, who is said to be 19 and the youngest comedienne In the show business, was well received. The production has a chorus which Is up to average in looks; peppy music (Schwab and De-Sylva); and is well dressed. The chief lack seemed to be in the singing and dancing departments, but this makes but little difference the whole show Is Olsen and Johnson. The Flint. Francis Lederer, rated a matinee Idol in London and New York, makes his film debut in "Man of Two Worlds." Either the star or the powers that be in R-K-0 decided his ability as an actor should be featured in his first appearance before the cameras; hence we see Lederer cast as an Eskimo.

He learns something of the white man from a scientific expedition which employs him, and his request for a trip to England is granted by the naturalists. Lederer's performance Is exceptional. The picture has been given a fine production In all depart ment. R. W.
