He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 25 years, past president of Letter Carriers Union, Branch No. 599, and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline; two sons, David Bailey and Steve Hagstrom, and three daughters, Cindy Grantham, Beverly Hagstrom and Sheri Hagstrom, all of Tampa; his mother, Irene Spacone, and a sister, Janet Keen, both of Tampa; and three brothers, Harry, Lakeland, Kenneth, Atlanta, and Wayne Spacone, Tampa.

Garden of Memories-Myrtle Hill Funeral Home, Tampa. BRAY, JOSEPH 65, of Tampa, died Saturday (June 11, 1988). Born in Tift County, he came here in 1949. He was a mechanic for Havatampa for 20 years and for Standard Cigar for 10 years. He was a member of Eureka Baptist Church, Tampa, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Nashville, Ga.

He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Bidareen; a brother, Douglas, Jacksonville; and a sister, Betty Hawkins, Nashville. F. T. Blount Nebraska Avenue Chapel, Tampa.

COSENTINO, JOE 56, of Tampa, died Sunday (June 12, 1988) at his residence. He had lived here since 1975, coming from Cleveland. He was a retired plant manager, and past president of the United Auto Workers local in Cleveland. He is survived by four sons, Joseph, Tampa, John, Brandon, and 1 Jerry and James, Brandon; his mother, Irene Medaglia, Cleveland; a brother, Anthony, Cleveland; and two sisters, Agnes Fortunato, Garfield, Ohio, and Dolly Schaft, Fredericktown, Ohio. EVANS, RUTH 85, of Sydney, died Thursday (June 9, 1988) in Tampa. She was a lifelong resident of east Hillsborough County and a member of Sydney First Church of God. Survivors include a son, L. L. Born in St. Louis, he came here in 1961 from Kentucky. He was a tugboat engineer. Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Harrison, Stafford, Texas; a sister, Gloria Hall, St. Louis; and two brothers, Charles, St.

Born in Georgia, he moved to Orlando 13 years ago from Plant City. He was a life and health insurance agent and a member of First Baptist Church of Orlando. Survivors include his wife, Catherine; a daughter, Sharon Crouse, Lakeland; two sons, Kenneth, Clearwater, and Michael, Sarasota; a sister, Margaret Turner, Plant City; two brothers, Richard, Plant City, and Harvey, Dade City; and seven grandchildren. "RED," 76, of Tampa, died Monday (June 13, 1988). Born in New York, he came to Tampa in 1964 and was a retired Air Force sergeant with a 22 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II and Korea, a life member of DAV Chapter 4 and a member of Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God. Survivors include his wife, Grace; and three sisters, Edith Boyd, Orchard Park, N.Y., Louise Hawk, Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and Helen Washburn, Tampa. Curry Son Funeral Home, Tampa.

LORD, NAOMI WATERS, 71, of Seffner, died Friday (June 10, 1988) at home. Born in Christina, she was a lifelong resident of east Hillsborough County. Survivors include a son, Dennis J. Griffis Miami; a stepson, Tony R. Lord, Macon, a brother, William Waters, Riverview; and three stepgrandchildren.

He was a construction superintendent for Ed Taylor Construction and a Navy veteran of Korea. He was a Protestant. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Margaret Long, Tampa; and a daughter, Linda Braithwaite, Bradenton. Glass Funeral Home, Tampa.

MONTALVO, HORTENSIA, 76, of Tampa, died Saturday (June 11, 1988) at Centro Espanol Hospital. Born in Havana, she came to Tampa four ur years ago from Cuba. She was a Catholic. Survivors include a son, Juan Jose Chao, Havana; three sisters, Noemi Fernandez, Antonia Ynocencio and Blondina Conde, all of Tampa; and two grandchildren. A.

P. Boza Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel, Tampa. NEWTON, CONSTANCE G. "CONNIE," 67, of Tampa, died Sunday (June 12, 1988). Born in laeger, W.Va., she came to Tampa in 1946.

She was an artist and art conservator who exhibited throughout the Southeast and mid-Atlantic states. She was a 1930s swing band vocalist and a past president of the Dale Mabry PTA. She was first chairman and director of the Tampa Junior Women's Club Follies, chairman of the first WEDU telethon in 1968 and an original parishioner and Sunday school teacher at St. Mary's Episcopal Church. She was listed in Who's Who of American Women in 1979-80 and was chairman of the board of public recreation for the city of Tampa from 1960-65.

She was appointed by the Florida Legislature to the Hillsborough County Citizens Council on Aging in 1966 and was past president of the Davis Islands Chapter of the National League of American Pen Women. Survivors include her husband, Frank a son, Mark Tampa; two daughters, Sandra L. Miller, Ormond Beach, and Nanci J. SCAGLIONE, JOSEPHINE 81, of Tampa, died Sunday (June 12, 1988). Born in Sicily, she came to Tampa 77 years ago. She was a retired grocer and a member of La Nuova Sicilia Lodge No. 1251, Order Sons of Italy in America. Survivors include three sons, Jimmy, Frank and Peter, all of Tampa; two brothers, Sam and Tony Traina, Tampa; a sister, Carmen Scolaro, Tampa; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
