(UP) —Nashville firemen decided today that elevator operators definitely should not have a "business as usual" policy when there is a fire in the building. A fire broke out in a waste paper chute of the 10-story National Life and Accident Insurance Company Building yesterday. Firemen went trom floor to floor looking for it.
