Mrs. Schultz, a New York native, is survived by her mother, Ethel Belle Hodges of Rochester, N.Y.; two sons, James Underwood of Miami and Mark Underwood of Fort Lauderdale; three daughters, Leslie Underwood of Rochester, Lynn Chaney of Winter Springs and Katherine Gorzka of Syracuse, N.Y.; a sister, Dorothy Doyle of Rochester, and 11 grandchildren. Joint funeral services were held last week in Moores Hill with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.

ST. PETERSBURG Less than six months after a St, Petersburg cancer victim and his wife moved back to his home in Indiana, both died in a smoky fire at their mobile home in the community of Moores Hill. Cecil William "Bill" Schultz, 56, the son of a former fire chief, and his wife Lois, 58, perished Feb. 9 in the smoldering fire, which started in a chair, fire officials said. "The fire itself was really not very large," Lee Kissell, chief of the Moores HillSparta Township Volunteer Fire Department, told the Cincinnati Enquirer.

He said the fire was probably caused by a cigarette. Mrs. Schultz lived in St. Petersburg for about seven years, most recently at 1130 Ninth Ave. according to Mr.

Schultz's daughter, Susan Lombardo. For two years, ending July 21, 1985, he was a part-time custodian in the building department of the St. Petersburg Times. He was a machinist for the in southeast Indiana, said her father returned to his hometown in September after doctors told him he had throat cancer. "He had terminal cancer, and I wanted him up here with me," she told the Enquirer.

Mr. Schultz is survived by his mother, Pauline Walker Schultz of Moores Hill; a son, Douglas of St. Alliance for the Mentally III of St. Petersburg-Clearwater, 7:30 p.m., Seminole High School, Room B-2, 8401 131st St. Seminole.

Petersburg emergency room. Born in Cincinnati, he came here in 1947 from Gainesville. He was a used car sales representative. He was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School.

In 1958, he was elected superintendent of the Florida Conference of the church, which merged in 1968 with the United Methodists. He was a member of Clearwater United Methodist Church and past president of the Greater Largo Ministerial Association. He received his doctor of divinity degree from American Bible College.

John S. Rhodes, East Chapel, St.

Petersburg. KISOR, DEBORAH 31, of St. Petersburg, was found dead Saturday (Feb. 14, 1987) in St. Petersburg.

She was strangled, police said. Born in California, she came here in 1970 from Monterey, Calif. She was a 1973 graduate of Clearwater High School. Survivors include her parents, James and Beatrice of Clearwater, and a brother David, California. Moss-Feaster Belcher Road Chapel.

MOYER, EULA of 1255 Pasadena Ave. South Pasadena, died Monday (Feb. 16, 1987) at Majestic Towers Health Center. Born in Edgefield, S.C., she came here in 1974 from Clearwater.
