Use a complexion scrub two or three times a week to remove dead top cells more efficiently.

A masque treatment once a week can also help brighten the complexion by gently stimulating circulation. Change your summer makeup to a rose-beige foundation and soft pink blusher to disguise the temporary dull tone. Wear light or silvery eye makeup colors, since sultry shades don't flatter the skin now. 10 CROSS OFF SINCE 1816 until Dec. 25, 1986 Lifetime Mechanical Guarantee 8 Cathy Lynn Clark became the bride of Paul James Lapworth in a 4:30 p.m., October 11, ceremony, solemnized at Grace United Methodist Church in Coshocton.
