FRATERNITY BAN BACKED IN SCHOOL MILFORD, Sept, 17-The Board of Education tonight affirmed a policy established last week by high school officials to discourage student participation in fraternities and sororities. The board already has a policy against fraternities and sororities. at the high school. The new high school policy bars members of these organizations from participating in extracurricular in-school activitles.

Although all the board members agreed with the new high school policy, Albert Walors said he wns irked because it was placed into effect "at the request of parents who do not have their children under "Misplaced Loyalty" School Supt.
