KENNEDY NAMES 4 AS ADVISERS ON U. S. REVAMP WASHINGTON, Feb, 10 (AP)-Prtjident Kennedy today announced his selection ol four advisers on reorganization of the machinery ol government. The four, will not work as committee but as individual specialists, arer 4 Kiperts Named Robert A. Lovett, New York investment bnaker, and former secretary of defense and wnder-secretary of state.
