Despite the familiarity of all persons with the immensity of the operations necessary to the hand. ling of such a trained animal show as is that conducted by the Gentry the show is this year so much greater in every direction that the fact is at once apparent and it is hardly neces. sary to call attention to it.

Three things which impress visitors to the Gentry show this. year, and these impressions are not lost even after one hundred visits, are its overpowering magnitude, its supreme excellence and real tion of organization. Lillupitian animal actors in superabundance, all performing curious terpsicho. rean originalities and odd feats of gyrations with curious and comic episodes are seen in 4a merry mixture of new and novel fun. making performances.
