Supervisor charges RTD vuth inefficiency in Valley runs Southern California Rapid Transit District (SCRTD) oflkials were charged Tuesday with operating some buses inefficiently in the San Gabriel Valley after tbey asked for a 1 10 million subsidy from Los Angeles County supervisors.
