Mrs. Louis (Patricja) MacDonaid of Sierra Madre and Mrs. Leonard (Susan) Steuve of Piedmont; brothers, John O. Burkhardt of Bradenton. and Richard Burkhardt of Louisville, a sister, Mrs.

Mae Alexander of Louisville, and 10 grandchildren. Mass of the Christian Burial was said Sept. 5 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. A native of Ohio, she had lived in tne local area for the last eight years. She was a composer for the Alhambra Post Advocate newspaper. She Is survived by two children, Cherly Olynlck of Arcadia and Harold J. Sterkel of Gilman Hat Springs, Calif. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Robinson of Elmlra, N.Y., and her brolher, Virgil ChatfiekJ of Kernel, Calif.
