MONDAY. MAY is, 1952 COURIER METHODISTS' NEW HOME—First Methodists here have a home again, 2ii yews alter their old .sanctuary was destroyed by fire. Services were held in this new sanctuary for the first time Sunday moming. Two identical services were hold and 17 young people were taken into membership during the second service. The new house of worship scats G.'.O. Construction of the new church began in 1050 after an eight- year financial campaign. Theme of yesterday's services was "Except .(he Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it," £v""= The choir moves toward the main entrance to begin its processional. STAINED CLASS BEAUTY .- In the front wall of the uo'v sanctuary over lh<; culraiu-c is 'this s I a i n e d ftlasu window. Church officials plan to liave a light burning ; ,i night so the window will be illuminated from the inside.
