Journal-Standard, Saturday, July 16, 1977 Page 9 Summertime Ice Cream Social Is Planned Plans for the annual summertime Ice social of the Wa-Tan-Ye Service Club are being completed by members. The women are reminded to bring one loaf cake or two pies and to report for their various responsibilities. Serving will be from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Read Park Pavilion. Barbecues and soft drinks also will be avallable.

Additional tickets may sbe secured from Mrs. Oefelein or Mrs. Wayne Hannah. Twenty-two members attended the July meeling at the Westport Community Building. Seventy-two service hours of volunteer work were reported by members.

Reservations for the District 5 meeting, to be held at Savanna on July 25, are requested by July 22., The downtown flea market, which will be held on Sept. 15 this year, discussed.
