HE RECENTLY was hon-ored as Massachusetts Mutu-al's Man-of-the-Year for the Tampa agency, for his outstanding production of more than $2-million In life Insurance In 17. Kercher also Is active In civic work. He Is a member of Christ Episcopal Church Men's Club, Bradenton Kiwa-nls Club, Manatee County Chamber of Commerce and is a director of the Manatee County Boys' Club.
