Chilson ana C. W. Montgomery. The insurance men of the city attended the funeral in a body. There were a number of handsome floral which was a wheel from the insurance men.

The burial was at Grceawood cemetery. The pall bearers were all insurance men and were as fallows: J. L. Drake, C. S.

W. Johns and A. 0. Bolen. A committee competed of Messrs.

J. L. Drake, S. R. Qher and A.

C. Race will meet this afternoon at 4 o'clock at the office of Mr. Drake for the purpose of drafting memorial resolutions. Meeirs. Wood, Walmsley and Wallace represented the insurance men as a committee to select Bowers for the funeral.

A OF MISS ROYSTON. The funeral of the late Miss Willey Royatoc, who died suddenly at the Ening home, Saturday, was held tbls morning at 7:30 o'clock. There were brief at the house conducted by Bev.W. F. Gillmore, of Grace Methodist ohurob and Hov.W.

H. Penhallegon of the First Prei- byterian church. The remains were taken to Macon to ho Interred in the same cemetery where the mother of the deceased ii buried. Willoy Anne Royston'was born In Caroline county, Virginia, on October 14, 1840. Deaf and from birth she wai placed in an institution for deaf mates at Staunton, Virginia, when but eight years, o( age.

She remained there ten years facing educated In the a usual in such institutions. Mill Royston leaves a brother, John Royston of Macon, and a sister, Mrs. Larlmore of Dubuque, Iowa.
