Cabanes interested in helping should caJl chairman Lucille Turner at 626-2465, or co-chairman Wilma Bruner at 626-2685. Membership dues are payable to Joan Plank. The next meetings will be at 8 p.m. Oct. 1 in the Walton Legion.

Girls State Youth Addresses Auxiliary Sara Keiser, Hoosier Girls State delegate from Pioneer High School, was the guest speaker at a meeting of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 60 in the post home. Department convention reports were given by Marilyn Price, Virginia Maloy, Irene Smith, Ruth Quinn, Margaret Henry and Fran Cart. Plans were made for upcoming activities, including the Legion birthday supper March 21: and the auxiliary district meeting in April, which will be hosted by the local auxiliary, with department officers as guests. Reports were given by Una Rozzi, Americanism and education; Lenore Hipsher. cards and flowers; Price, Indiana Veterans Home; Henry, junior activities, and Cart, membership.

The meeting was hosted by Rozzi. The next meeting. Oct. 2. will include initiation of new members.
