C-7 St. Paul's Site of Rite St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Milltown, was the scene of the double ring wedding ceremony uniting Miss Marcia Kempf and Nick Silwanowicz yesterday. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

John G. Kempf of Riva Avenue, South Brunswick, and her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wladyslaw Silwanowiez of 140 Whitehead South River. Miss Linda Kesckes of South Brunswick was the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were the Misses Kathy Scardino and Gail Kesckes, both of South Brunswick. Leonard Kempf, brother of the bride, was the best man. The ushers were Michael Krotow of South River and Dominic Spadifino of Kendall Park section, South Brunswick, The couple was honored at a reception held in the Jernee Mill Inn in Sayreville for 150 guests. They are on a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains and will live in the Windsor Regency Apartments, Hightstown. The bride is a graduate of South Brunswick High School and is employed by Andrews Industries, Dayton, South Brunswick.

Her husband is a graduate Biglerville High School, and is employed as a traffic manager at Andrews Industries, Dayton, South Brunswick. Carolyn G. Moken, Edison, Arthur Fletcher, Engaged Mr. and Mrs. Leo S.

Moken of 21 Player Edison, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Carolyn Grace Moken, to First Lt. Arthur Earl Fletcher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur L. Fletcher of West Belmar.

Miss Moken graduated from Edison High School and Trenton State College. She has been a teacher in Edison, but in September will attend the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Her fiance, a first lieutenant in the Air Force, assigned to the 341st Strategic Missile Wing, Malmstrom Base, in Montana, graduated from Manasquan High School and Michigan State University. MRS. PAUL BROWN Duke University Senior Plans Durham, N.C. Home St. Peter's Church was the scene yesterday of the wedding of Miss Julia Anne Borbely and Paul Dean Brown. They were honored at a reception afterwards at Colonial Farms, Middlebush.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Andrew Borbely, 92 Guilden New Brunswick, The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Horace D.
