Times- -Friday, February 26, 1971 Municipal Court Judge J. G. Ragsdale presiding over Municipal Court, county division, Friday morning levied fines against eight persons on the docket. Forfeiting $125 bonds and having their driver's licenses revoked for periods of 30 days were E. L.

Wadlington, Rt. 5, El Dorado; and Pete Kilgore, Rt. 4, El Dorado. Others fined were Imogene B. Ware, Rt.

2, Homer, $10 and costs for passing on yellow line; Morris Sinclair, Box 110 A Norphlet, $10 and costs for expired driver's license; James R. Hollis, Rt. 2, Spears ville, and costs for following delose: Tessie Culp of Lake Village, $10 and costs each on charges of speeding and driving left of the center; and James T. Bolding, Rt. 2, Strong, $10 and costs for speeding.

About Town Mr. and Mrs. Clem Gills, Route 3, El Dorado, are the parents of a daughter born February 24 at Union Memorial Hospital. A son was born February 25 at Union Memorial Hospital to Mr. and Mrs.

Beulah Harper, 81, of 402 Pacific Gladewater, a former resident of Norphlet, were held Monday at the First Baptist Church in Gladewater with the Rev. G.A. Stanfield officiating. Interment was in Memorial Park under direction of Stone Funeral Home. Mrs.

Harper died Saturday following a brief illness. She had lived in Gladewater for three years and was a member of the Baptist church there. She was a native of Union County and resided in Norphlet for many years. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. D.R.

Cain, Gladewater, and Mrs. E.C. Lewis, Berkeley, three sons, Doyle Harper, Freedom, Curtis Harper, Lockport, and Don R. Harper, Des Plaines, one sister, Mrs. C.L.

Stocks, Norphlet, 11 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. JOHN M. NELSON John Millard Nelson, 81, of Rt. 1, Huttig, died Thursday afternoon in a local hospital following a lengthy illness. Born at Strong Jan.

27, 1890, he was the son of Charlie and Alice Bolding Nelson. Mr. Nelson was a lifelong resident of Union County and a member of Bolding Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ophelia Nelson, Huttig; two sons, Hilton Nelson, El Dorado, and Jack Nelson, Huttig; four daughters, Mrs.

Tim Anderson, Norphlet, Mrs. Bennie Dunn, Huttig, and Mrs. Fred Hudson and Mrs. Perry Williams, both of El Dorado; three brothers, T. S.

Nelson, El Dorado, and C. L. Nelson and W. H. Nelson, both of Huttig; one sister, Mrs.

H. C. Snell, Huttig; 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Jack Mayfield Methodist Church of Huttig with the Rev.

Robert Jackson and the Rev. Ralph Mann officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Lapile Cemetery under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. Pallbearers will be Parnell Bolding, Percy Snell, Ray Nelson, Jim Freeman, Bruce Nelson and Monroe Taylor. The family will be at the home of Mrs.

Perry Williams, 1322 Essie in El Dorado. DONALD R. CLARK SR. Donald Rodgers Clark 48, of 1333 Wilson died Tuesday in a local hospital. Born in Union County, May 13, 1922.

he was the son of Emmitt and Idell Nute Clark. He was a member of Little Hope Baptist Church and an employe of Union Tire Co. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Johnette Williams, Chicago, Mrs. Gloria J.

Bradford, Miss Gwendolyn Clark and Miss Deborah K. Clark, all of El Dorado; six sons, Sgt. Donald R. Clark San Diego, Airman 1.C. Walter L.

Clark, Da Nang, Vietnam, Marvin L. Clark, John R. Clark, Ronald C. Clark and Wallace B. Clark, all of El Dorado: his mother of El Dorado; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in East Side Baptist Church with the Rev. G. C. Cook officiating.

Burial will follow in Little Hope Cemetery, Lockhart, under the direction of Sims Mortuary. ROSS BUFFINGTON Ross Buffington of Dubach, died Feb. 20 in Oakland, Calif. His survivors include one sister. Mrs.

LUCILLE NELSON Mrs. Lucille Norris Nelson, 58, of fRt. 2. Strong, died Thursday morning in a local hospital from injuries received Tuesday in a Louisiana auto accident. A local physician said Mrs.

Nelson died of internal injuries after being involved in the accident between Monroe and Rayville. No other details of the accident were available. Mrs. Nelson was born Aug. 31, 1912 in the New London Community and was the daughter of William A.
