MASSACHUSETTS PASTOR TO SPEAK HERE SUNDAY The Right Rev. Henry Knox Sherriil, bishop of Massachusetts, will be the guest preacher at All Saints' cathedral at 11 a. m. Sunday. Bishop Sherriil, a widely-known author and administrator, is chairman of the committee on the dispatch of business for the general convention.

Rally Day at M. E. Church Featuring departmental advancement, the Meridian Street M. E. church will sponsor a rally day program Sunday at the church.

will be installed as pastor of the First Lutheran church Sunday in ceremonies conducted by the Rev. H. E. Tumey, president of the Indiana Synod. The Rev.

Mr. Mahr succeeds Dr C. Gardner. The Rev. Mr Mahr, born in Springfield, was graduated from Wittenberg College in 1929 and the Hanna Devinity School in 1932.

During three years of seminary work he served as assistant pastor and financial secretary of the First Lutheran church of Springfield. The Rev. Mr. and Mrs. Mahr and daughter, Barbara Lois, will live at 3901 Ruckle street.
