J. PARSONS "GOD THE PRESERVER" TO BE SCIENTIST TOPIC "God the Preserver of Man" is the subject of the lesson-sermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, Sunday. The golden text is: "The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms" (Deuteronomy XXX, 27). Among the citations which comprise the lesson-sermon is the following from the Bible: "Let no man despise thy youth but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: For in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee." (I Tlmothv IV, 12, 16.) The lesson-sermon also Includes the following passages from Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy: "If look to the body for pleasure, we find pain; for Life, we find death; for Truth, we find error; for Spirit, we find its opposite, matter.

The hospital will be maintained through the various meetings to be held on the assembly grounds up to the end of August, Miss Delia Coan, registered nurse of the Methodist's class of 1939, will be in charge, with Dr.

J. W. of Lafayette, as the supervising physician. The two-room hospital will be equipped to meet every anticipated emergency among the thousands who will attend the summer assemblies. In addition it will serve as an exhibit of modern hospital rooms.

The Hill-Rom Furniture Company of Batesville has co-operated by furnishing equipment of the most modern de luxe type wood furniture of period design, in addition to rugs and drapes to give a home Christian, vice-president, and Leon Weatherman, Fairfax Christian, A summer membership campaign, cone ucted by Roy Bandy, has been started by the C. F. B. class of the Memorial Christian church. One of the first projects of the class was redecoration of the classroom, the work being done by members.
