Roosevelt will be heard over the NBC and KOIL and the CBS and KFOR at 8 JO o'clock Monday night when he speaks at the opening session of the Government's Conference on Crime jb Washington. Talks by several outstanding government officials and business leaders head the radio network plans for the coming week.

Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins' speech on "Social Insurance," which is expected to outline the Administration's policy in regard to this form of legislation, will be heard over the NBC and WOW at 9:30 Friday evening. She will sneak as a part of the series subject under discussion before the University of Chicago Round Table at 11:30 o'clock Sunday morning over the NBC and WOW. The speakers will be William H. Spencer, dean of the school of business; Stuart P. Meech, associate professor of finance, and Donald Slesinger, professor of law and associate dean of the division of social sciences at the university.

Harry Reser and his orchestra, for many years one of radio's most celebrated bands, will return to the air with the diminutive Peg LaCentra and Ray Heatherton. popular young baritone, in a new series to be inaugurated over the NBC and WOW network at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
