A lifelong resident of Greensboro, Lucretia was born June 12, 1924, the daughter of the late Thomas Hampton McGibony and Samuella Abba Gheesling McGibony. She was a graduate of Greensboro High School and Wesleyan College. She married Harold Glass on September 11, 1947. Steve Lattimore Stephen Thomas Lattimore, 58, of 104 Granite Drive, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Cassandra Clyburn Lattimore and the son of Sidney Lattimore of Gaffney and the late Addie Lee Littlejohn Lattimore.

He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, loved sports and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Lattimore was retired from BMW and a member of Encounter Church, where he was a former deacon and head usher. Surviving are three sons, Stefan Futrell, Preston Pearson and Stephen Lattimore, all of Gaffney; a daughter, Steondra Lattimore of Gaffney; a goddaughter, Trinity Camp of Gaffney; five brothers, William Lattimore, C.J. Lattimore, Jarvis Hopper, all of Gaffney and Edward Lattimore and Jimmy Hardy both of Shelby; five sisters, osephine Petty of helby, Rachel Livsey, iola Phillips, Bernestine awkins and Barbara Lattimore, all of Gaffney; six grandchildren, Zamar- ius Pearson, Kymora Pearson, Pearson, Lattimore, Taylor Wilkerson and Kameron Hopper; an aunt, Louise Littlejohn of Gaffney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lattimore was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lattimore. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Encounter Church with Pastor Joey Turner officiating. Interment will be Frederick Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to: Encounter Church, Life 1905 North Limestone Street, Gaffney, SC, 29340. The family will be at the residence. Lucretia was a member of the First Baptist Church of Greensboro, where she played he piano and was a member of Fidelis Sunday School Class.

Lucretia and Harold, along with many friends, were founding members of Nathanael Greene Academy. She was an avid bridge player. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Glass in April of 2009 and sister, Margaret McGibony Boatwright. She is sur- ived by a son, Rev. Paul lass and wife, Nancy of ampton, four aughters, Allison G.

Du- all and husband, Rev. Terry Duvall of Gaffney, Leslie G. Powell and husband, Cecil of Greensboro, Rainee G. Clary and husband, Andy of Gaffney, and Tracey Glass and David Bowles of Aiken; sister, Emagene McGibony Griffin; 12 grandchildren, Stuart Glass (Amanda), Matthew Glass (Natalie), Abi Glass Jones (Josh), Kristin Duvall Parker (Travis), Jonathan Duvall (Christina), Brian Powell, ason Powell (Paige), urt Powell (fiance, indsay Sumner), Drew lary (Lindsey), Zach Clary, Carolyn Fuchs and Evan Fuchs; 11 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 11 a.m.

at the Greensboro City Cemetery with Rev. Paul Glass and Rev. Terry Duvall officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons: Stuart Glass, Matthew Glass, Brian Powell, Jason Powell, Curt Powell, Jonathan uvall, Drew Clary, Zach lary and Evan Fuchs. The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside.

The family requests that any memorials be made to The First Baptist Church of Greensboro, Lucretia Glass Music Scholarship Fund, 203 S. Main Street, Greensboro, GA 30642. Mullinax of the home and the late Len Hardin, passed away July 13, 2015, at her home. Born in Cherokee Falls, SC, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Lois Patterson Hardin.

She was a member of Canaan United Methodist Church. She was retired from Burton Dixie. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and bird- watching. She was also an avid collector. In addition to her husband, Bobby, she is survived by two sons Matthew Hardin (Sue) of Kings Creek, and John Hardin of Conway; three daugthers Lynn Blackwell (Mike) of Blacksburg, Barbara Tidwell (Frank) of Camden, and Wanda Martin of York; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two sisters Lucy Falls of Kings Creek, and Katherine Shipton of Lugoff.

In addition to her first usband and parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from p.m., at White Columns. A graveside Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Canaan United Methodist Church Cemetery, Smyrna, with Rev. Linda Dunn officiat- i ng.

She is survived by her son, George Henderson; three daughters, Catina Henderson, Angela Bailey and Stacey Torres; 19 grandkids and five great- grandkids. Services are being held Thursday, July 16, at 5 at Lighthouse Bap- ist Church in Blacksburg, with Grady Gregory officiating.

The family will be at the residence, 345 White Farms Road, Blacksburg. Local airman graduates U.S. Air Force basic training U.S. Air Force Airman Jasmine A. Smith graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Smith is the daughter of Daniel and Yolanda Smith of Pensacola, and sister of Daniel Smith of Blacksburg, S.C. She is also the granddaughter of Aieda and Lucious Dickey of Valdosta, and Jackie and Oscar Smith of Gaffney, S.C. The airman graduated in 2014 from Gaffney High School, Gaffney, S.C.
