To make room for the former National Basketball Association rookie who was waived by the NBA, the Pacers put Arvesta Kelly on waivers. Kelly was picked up two weeks ago from the Pittsburgh Condors, also from the waiver list. Price, a 6-3 guard, is the third member of the 1966 Indiana high school all-stars signed by the defending ABA Western Division champs. He joins Marv Winkler and Rick Mount from the star squad. Two other former Indiana stars are playing professionally for Keller from the 1965 team and George McGinnis from the 1969 squad.
