THE INDIANA POL I NEWS Thursday, November 4, 1993 F-4 Music festival places Hoosier composers in spotlight The Indianapolis Newt Indiana-born composer George Duning will be the focus of this year's annual Festival of Indiana Music Friday through Sunday at the Indiana War Memorial Auditorium. Duning, born in Richmond in 1908. roundtable discussion with John Ko-zar, Kenneth Jacobs, Garland Anderson and Michael Schelle at 4 p.m. Duning, who was nominated for five Oscars, chose the 1958 film "Bell. Book and Candle" for the gala film showing Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
