Terry Sarah F. Barrett Terry, 88, Indianapolis, died Monday in Americana East.

Mrs. Terry was an assembler for FMC Link-Belt, 13 years, retiring in 1955. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, with calling from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.

Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery. She was the widow of Walter C. Terry. Survivors daughter Geral-dine Donnelly; son Stayton L. Terry; three grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.

Mortimer J. Sullivan Mortimer J. Sullivan, 86, Indianapolis, died Monday at his home. Mr. Sullivan was a boilermaker for Penn Central Railroad 24 years, retiring in 1972.

He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, to which memorial contributions may be made. Services will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary and 10 a.m. in the church.

Calling will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the mortuary with a rosary at 7. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. Survivors wife Hannah Boyle Sullivan; daughter Mary Jo Sullivan Price; brother William Sullivan; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Elmer J.

Hooten Elmer J. Hooten, 78, Lawrence, formerly of Indianapolis, died Monday at his home. Mr. Hooten was an engineer for the Indiana Highway Department 20 years, retiring in 1975. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of Brook-side Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine, American Legion, Society of Indiana Pioneers and Indiana Historical Society.

He was a graduate of Tri State College. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Moore Kirk Irvington Chapel, with calling from noon to services. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Survivor sister Hilda Mary Lawless.

Caroline N. Kaelin Services for Caroline N. Kaelin, 83, Indianapolis, will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Gothic Chapel, Crown Hill Cemetery. There will be no calling.

Mrs. Ingle, who died Sunday in Mount Zion Geriatric Center, worked 35 years for Selmire Towel Laundry, retiring in 1965. She was a member of St. John AME Church and was the widow of Clarence Ingle. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Survivors son Arthur Ingle; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Florence Shoemaker Services for Florence Mae Shoemaker, 70, Indianapolis, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Little Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery. Survivors brother Lloyd E.

Deem; sister Joann Deem. Delmar H. Milliner GREENFIELD, Ind. Graveside services for Delmar H. "Deik" Milliner, 84, will be at noon Friday in Park Cemetery, with calling from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Thursday in Pasco Memorial Mortuary. Mr. Milliner died Tuesday. An Indiana Department of Highways employee 17 years, he retired as a foreman in 1965. He previously worked for the Greenfield Street Department and Hancock County Highway Department.

Survivors wife Angie Grigsby Milliner; daughter Virginia Graddy; sister Louise Griffith; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. James W. Tolliver Services for James W. Tolliver, 61, Indianapolis, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Boatright Funeral Home, with calling from 5 to 9 p.m.

Mrs. Washington, who died Sunday, was a cook at local restaurants, retiring in 1970. She was the widow of Cleveland Washington. Survivors daughters Ernestine Hitchings, Violet Nesbitt, Evelyn D. Judith A. O'Neill MOORESVILLE, Ind. Judith A. Kenipe O'Neill, 52, formerly of Indianapolis, died Monday in St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove.

Mrs. O'Neill had worked as a teller for Indiana National and Merchants National banks several years ago. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Jones Family Mortuary with calling until 9 tonight. Burial will be in Zionsville Cemetery.

Survivors husband James O'Neill; son Greg O'Neill; stepsons Jimmy, Jeff O'Neill; brothers Jennings Donald, Kenneth, William, Robert Kenipe; sisters Pauline Tex, Thelma Craig, Betty Barnes, Mary Merriman; two from 1963 to 1965. Hazelton was a genealogist of many patriotic societies, including the Huguenot Society of America, the National Society of Colonial Dames, and the Society of Daughters of Holland Dames. NEW YORK Bishop Horace W.B. Donegan, 91, the Episcopal bishop of New York from 1950 until 1972, died Monday of throat cancer in Sanibel, Fla. NEW YORK Felix E.

Larkin, 82, a former general counsel for the Defense Department, died Sunday of pulmonary failure. FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. Masone, 77, founder, president and chief executive of the Air Force Enlisted Men's Widows and Dependents Home Foundation, died Monday of diabetes. MIAMI Enrique Labrador Ruiz, a89, major Cuban literary figure, died Sunday of heart failure. PHILADELPHIA Paul Anthony Ryan, 66, who for decades owned and operated Smokey Joe's tavern on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, died Sunday of cancer.

Henry County 6-vehicIe crash kills trucker The Indianapolis News A Mississippi trucker was killed in a six-vehicle chain reaction collision at a detour around the site of an earlier accident on 1-70 in Henry County Tuesday. State police said the victim, JOHN C. JOHNSTON, 35, Stark-ville, failed to slow for stopped traffic being routed off westbound 1-70 two miles east of Ind. 3 near Spiceland. Johnston's rig hit the rear of a semitrailer driven by Rodney A.

Navrestad, 42, Little Chute. Wis. Navrestad's truck hit vehicles driven by Michael A. Dahl-berg, 40, Boling Brooke, 111., and Timothy T. Kennedy, 50, Shaker Heights, Ohio.

Dahlberg's car struck a vehicle driven by Mark A. Line, 30, Eaton. Ohio, and Kennedy's hit a car driven by Kurt T. Lorenz, 24, Terre Haute. Navrestad, Dahlberg and Line suffered minor injuries and were treated at Henry County Hospital.

The accident occurred at 7:42 p.m. State police dispatcher Patti Grimes at the Connersville post said traffic on 1-70 had been backed up since late Tuesday afternoon because a 10-mile stretch of the eastbound and westbound lanes was closed while heavy equipment lifted a truck out of a ditch from a weekend accident. Grimes said traffic was being rerouted onto U.S. 40 through Knightstown. She said delays were "extremely long," with reports of motorists stuck for an hour or more.

Tuesday night's accident blocked traffic on the interstate three hours. From the Wire Services Harold Hazelton, 87, an advertising writer and genealogist, died of heart failure Monday at his home in Manhattan. Hazelton was born in Marysville, and attended the Chicago Music College. During his career in advertising, Hazelton worked for such agencies as Ferry Hanly, Kaastor Farrell, Grey Advertising and the Don Rowe Agency. In 1965, he became library director of the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, a position he held until 1976.

He was also associate editor of the society's quarterly publication, "The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record," Theo Bass Services for Theo Bass, 63, Indianapolis, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Boatright Funeral Home, with calling from noon to services. Mr. Bass, who died Sunday, was a construction worker for various firms, retiring in 1976. He was a member of United Auto Workers.
