Leo Nugent Leo L. Nugent, 73, Indianapolis, died Sunday in Westvlew Hospital. He was machinist at Stewart-Warner Co. for 35 years, retiring In 1982. He was a member of American Legion Post 64.

Nugent was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. He was -the widower of Mary M. Axsom Nugent. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Conkle Lynhurst Funeral Home, with calling from 6 to 9 p.m.

Jeanette Payne Jeanette Sullivan Dunn Payne, 84, Indianapolis, died Thursday in Methodist Hospital. She was' a waitress in the dietary department at Wlshard Hospital 30 years, retiring In 1948.

Mrs. Payne later was a domestic worker until 1968. She was a member of Temple of Divine Mind. She was the widow of Robert George Dunn. Services will be at 1 p.m.

Spencer died Friday in Methodist Hospital. He was a minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 33 years, retiring in 1980. He last served at First Christian Church in Bargersville. Spencer also worked in the public relations department of Harrison National Life Insurance Co. for five years.

Urban Retired Army Lt. Col. Stanley J. Urban, 83. Indianapolis, died Sunday in Community Hospital East.

Urban served in the Army until 1946. He later was director of personnel in the Indiana National Guard before retiring in ,1971. Urban was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. St. Plus Council Knights of Columbus and Legion of Hoosler Heroes.
