Hardee, public relations manager. The museum, now in an expansion program, is a restoration that authentically reproduces life in Indiana in the early 19th century. McAllister's major reSMinsi-bilities as curator of education will be training museum guides, planning tour routes and selecting contents of the various tour buildings. Additionally, he will plan seminars and classes for the public in crafts and various aspects of history. Ritter will prepare sites for the relocation of buildings at the settlement, place them and structurally ready them for the public.

Scott, 23, 2306 N. Lyndhurst, was arrested Saturday by the FBI and charged with attempting to extort money from the manager of a suburban branch bank. Special agent James F. Martin of the Indianapolis FBI office said Scott was arrested by FBI agents at Interstate 465 and 34th on the Westside.

He was taken before a U.S. magistrate on a preliminary charge of violating the Hobbs Act in attempting to interfere with operation of a financial institution engaged in interstate commerce. Scott is alleged to have attempted to extort $10,000 from the Peoples Bank Trust Chapel Hill Branch, 7355 West 10th Street, by threatening manager William Agner and his family. Haines, 28, Greenwood, who is serving a 2-5 year prison sentence for burglary in the Indiana Reformatory, has received a 5-year term in Federal prison. Haines was sentenced by Federal Judge S.
