The Zionsville Plan Commission has granted preliminary plat approval for the first section of a 97-lot subdivision to be built by Falender Homes. The first portion of the development along Ind. 334 west of Ford Road will include 32 homesites in the $35,000 to $55,000 price range. The area, which has already been annexed to Zionsville, will be served by the town's sewage system.
