Sgt, Ha'ynes, a radio repairman, was specially selected to help activate the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service's 1550th Training and'Test Wing that will, conduct the school when it becomes operational in July. The sergeant came to Hill from AUus Air Force Base. He has completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. He is a 1962 graduate of Lawton School.
