The Block Co. nidwofi Moxley, 79, business, church and civic leader, will be at It a.m. tomorrow in the Second Presbyterian Church, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at Planner Buchanan Creek Mortuary. Mr. Moxley, who had been In the wholesale druc business since he was IS and who rose to the presidency of Kiefer-Stewart one of the largest wholesale drupr houses in the country, died last ninht in his home, 1321 N. Meridian. Born on a farm in Shelby County, Kentucky, Mr.

Moxley was educated In private schools and at the ape of 18 began working for the A. Kiefer Druff Co. That was In 1894. Ho srrved the company in various rapacities until 1900, when he was promoted to the executive staff. In 1903 he was elected vice-president and general manager under Augustus Kiefer, one of the founders of the National Wholesale Druggists Association.

When the latter died in 1910, Mr. Moxley became president. Mr. Moxley served in this capacity until 1915. At that time he assisted in the consolidation of the A.

Jones and five grand Louisville, Indiana. He became vice-president and general manager of the new organization.

When children. Mr. Moxley was a member of the Indianapolis Board of William Scott, president of the company, died in August. 1922, Mr. Moxley became president.

of Commerce the Lnivcr- In 1900 Mr. Moxley married Scottish Rite. He was a mem ber and past president of the Indianapolis Country Club and a trustee of the Second Presbyterian Church. He was a director of the American Fletcher National Bank and Trust a member of' the advisory committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and a director of Wald-ing, Kinnan Marvin Toledo, affiliated with the Kiefer-Stewart Co. BLOCK'S SUIT SHOP, SECOND FLOOR James Craigle Services for James Leonard Craigle, 56, who died yesterday in General Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Royster Askin Mortuary, with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Life resident here, Mr.

Craigle made his home at the Beauty Park Tourist Court, 5145 W. Washington, where he had worked as night clerk 15 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. A brother, Walter F. Craigle, survives.

Willie Martin Willie Martin, 1132 S. State, died on the operating table yes-t a at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, where she was undergoing brain surgery. Born at Newport, Mrs. Martin had lived here 30 years. Here she worked as a maid.

She was a member of Jones Tabernacle AME Zion Church. Services and burial will be at Newport, Tenn. The husband, Emerson Martin, an employee of Indiana Bell Telephone Victoria Rutherford Victoria Ana Rutherford, 8, 3926 died yesterday in Methodist Hospital. Born at Lancaster, the child attended School 69 here. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Lancaster and of a Brownie Scout troop here.

Services and burial will be Saturday at Orleans. Friends may call until 10 p.m. tomorrow at Flanner Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary here. Survivors are the father, Wil-ford Rutherford; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.

L. R. Rutherford, and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. H. B.
