"The record belongs in the U.S. and will stay there," Burrell said. The French team of Max Moriniere, Daniel Sangouma, Jean-Charles Trouabal, and Bruno Marie-Rose set the old mark at the European championships last September.

That broke long-standing U.S. domination of the event. The Santa Monica Track Club, with Floyd Heard running instead of Mitchell, equaled that mark last Saturday at a meet in Monaco. France finished second at Zurich in 38.39. Britain, the European silver medalists, was third in 38.64.

Woman sues Tyson The 1990-91 Miss Black America filed a $100 million lawsuit against former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in federal court on Wednesday, alleging he grabbed her buttocks. Rosie Jones, 27, of Bridgeport, claims in her lawsuit that Tyson grabbed her waist and "rear end" at an Indianapolis convention last month. Jones said earlier that Tyson "went to put his arm around my waist, where I thought it was going, but it went on my behind and he rubbed my behind." Tyson has also been accused of rape by an 1 8-year-old beauty pageant contestant during the Indiana Black Expo.

The case will soon go to a grand jury in Indianapolis. NFL exhibition AMERICAN CONFERENCE East Pet. PF PA Buffalo 1 1 0 .500 34 36 Miami 1 1 0 .500 19 23 Indianapolis 0 1 0 000 3 10 N.
