DALLAS, Feb. Southern Methodist basketeers won their first- 1S32 southwest conference game here tonight by defeating Texas A Aggies. 30-23. It was the Mustangs' first victory in five conference starts and the Aggies fourth straight defeat. Both teams played ragged, rough and tumble basketball that at times resembled a football scrimmage.
