Contributors need only give their Master Charge or Bank American! charge account number to the solicitor and the local banks will do the rest, billing the contribution on a quarterly basis through the charge account. So what does the contributor to the project receive for his or her money that the non-contributors can't also get by dialing Channel 20 on their UHF tuner when the station goes on the air?
