An autopsy performed on the body of Merylan Kills, 9 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Ellis, who died in an Omnha hospital, revealed that death was due to a tumnr on the brain caused by an injury, and not sleeping sickness from which he was believed to be suffering when taken to the hospital. WHEREAS, the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, by resolution duly adopted on March 16, 1931, provided xor tne submission to tne legal voters thereof at the regular primary election held In and for said city on April 7, 1931, the proposition of authorizing th City Council to borrow money and pledge th credit and property of said City upon Its negotiable bonds to the amount necessary, towtt.
