i 'JEFFERSON CITY; SUKOXY; 1 936 SUNDAY NEWS AND TRIBUNE Bride-Elect Honored Yesterday Miss Louise Eichman entertained yesterday afternoon at her home on Oakwood drive with a kitchen shower and bridge party Miss Alma Louise Dallas, whose marriage to Bryan R. Horner of Kansas City will take place June 3. A red and white color scheme was carried out in bridge favors and in the shower given the honoree following bridge. Miss Dallas was presented with her gifts, arranged in a large basket covered in white, by young Miss Jerry Jerow and Donnie Tanner who knocked at the door and called for her. Tables for refreshments were attractively appointed in pink glassware and had as centerpieces bouquets of sweet peas in pastel shades.

Guests were Miss Dallas, Mrs. 'Alma Moerschel Dallas, Mrs. John F. Heinrichs, Mrs. J.

D. McLeod, Mrs. Lyman Winter, Miss Jewell Morrow Brandenberger, Miss Haley, Miss Maye Wymore, Miss Anne Russell Hoefer, Miss Virginia Kenwood, Miss Lucille Zuendt, and Miss Bertha Happy. Newlyweds To Make Home Here Miss Dorothy Elizabeth Dameron, daughter of Mr. arid Mrs.

W. L. Dameron, of Kansas City, and Henry J. Lichtefeld, son of Mr. and Mrs.

H. J. Lichtefeld, of Louisville, were married at eleven o'cloclc Thursday morning, April 23, in Kansas City. The Rt. Rev.

John W. Keyes performed the ceremony in the presence of the immediate family and a few close friends. Miss Mary Smith, of Kansas City, was the bride's only attendant. Mr. Rudolph Schappler, of Jefferson' City, acted as best man.

The bride wore a suit of blue wool with diagonal stripe of gray angora and gray accessories. Her corsage was of Johanna Hill foses and lilies of the valley: The maid of honor wore a blue suit with blue accessories. She wore a corsage of Talisman roses. Girl Scouts Make Plans For First Pet Show On May Girl Scouts will sponsor a Pet Show, the first of its viml to be held in Jefferson City.
