Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2003 10 a.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel and 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Highland with Rev. Edward Moszur officiating. Cremation to follow.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel, 9039 Kleinman Road (2 blocks South of Ridge Road), Highland. Mrs. Rosellini was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church, Highland. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hearts in Motion, Merrillville.

Prayer service will be held Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Rosella E. Salinas Chicago Rosella E. Salinas, age 74, late of Chicago. Beloved wife of Feter for 48 years.

Loving mother of Edwin (Veronica) Schaeffer, Barbara (Thomas) Jankowski, James (Bernadine) Salinas, Don (Dori) Salinas, Paul (Joan) Salinas, Victoria (Fred) Seabrook, late Robert Salinas and Ruth Salinas. Devoted grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of nine. Dear sister of Freida (late Gus) Millard. Fond Aunt of many nieces and nephews. He is survived by hiswife, Evelyn; two sons, Frank Sartini of Mishawaka and Vince Sartini of Highland; daughter, Mary Jo (John) Roth of Schererville; two grandsons, Joe and Jake Roth; two brothers, Pete (Betty) Sartini of Parrish, FL and Gene Sartini of Clarksville, IN; and one sister, Irene Hayes of New York, NY.

Preceded in death by infant sister, Diane Sartini. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2003 at 10:10 a.m. from the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Highland, Indiana, with a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, Highland, Rev. Edward Moszur officiating.

Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Our Lady of Grace church- everysunday 1 1 Cedar Lake Isabelle Umholtz, age 91, of Cedar Lake, IN, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at the Wittenberg Nursing Home in Crown Point, IN. She is survived by one daughter, Dolores (James) Stanton of Cedar Lake; one son. Ronald Cowher; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin Umholtz. Friends may meet with the family on Friday, March 21, 2003 from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Eller-Brady Funeral Home, 8510 Lake Shore Drive, Cedar Lake, IN. Interment, German Methodist Cemetery, Cedar Lake. Charles Andrew Vandersee Virginia Crown Point Charles Andrew Vandersee, age 64 of Charlottesville, Virginia died on January 13, 2003- Born March 25, 1938, in Gary, Indiana, he was the son of the late Harvey Frederick and Louise Amelia Bauer Vandersee.

Mr. Vandersee was a 1956 graduate of Crown Point High School in Crown Point, Indiana, and a I960 graduate of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. He received his Ph.D from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1964. Mr. Vandersee joined the faculty of the University of Virginia in 1964 and was associate professor of English where he taught American Literature and poetry.

From 1973 to 1997 he was dean of the Echols Scholars program. In addition to teaching, he published numerous poems and articles and edited or coedited several books. Mr. Vandersee is survived by his sister, Barbara Anne Foster of Portland, Oregon. A memorial service was held at St.

Mark Lutheran Church in Charlottesville, Virginia, on January 25, 2003. A graveside interment service is being held on Monday, March 24, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at Ma pie wood Memorial Cemetery, 555 South Indiana Avenue, Crown Point, Indiana. Smith, age 79, of LaCrosse, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at Parkview Haven in Francesville. A LaCrosse resident most of her life, she was born March 25, 1923 in Kouts to John and Lena (Enz) Nuest. She graduated from LaCrosse High School and was a bookkeeper with Smith-Nuppnau Concrete for 32 years. She is survived by her husband, Frank A. Smith of LaCrosse; one son, James (Betty) DeHaven of LaCrosse; three sisters, Irene, Pearl and Lucille Nuest, all of LaCrosse; one brother, Lester Nuest of Kouts; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, A. James DeHaven in 1975, one daughter, Sandra DeHaven in 1971 and two brothers, Henry and Gilbert Nuest. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at the Apostolic Christian Church in LaCrosse, ministers of the church officiating, with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery. Stabler, age 89 of Highland, passed away Tuesday, Alarch 18, 2003. Mary Ann Terstenyak Valparaiso Mary Ann Terstenyak, age 76, of Valparaiso, passed away Wednesday, March 19 2003 at Porter Memorial Hospital. She was born November 5, 1926 in Clinton, IN the daughter of Thomas and Cecelia (Kutch) McGaffney and graduated from Clinton High School in 1944. She is a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Chesterton. On March 2, 1946 in Clinton she married James M.

Terstenyak, now her husband of 57 years, who survives along with their two sons, Thomas M. (Nada) Terstenyak of Las Vegas, NV and James M. (Lee) Terstenyak of Chesterton; one brother, Robert McGaffney of Fairview Park, IN and three grandchildren, Jessica, Christine and Brian Terstenyak. She was preceded in death by two children, Charles Robert Terstenyak in 1949 and Theresa Ann Terstenyak in 1950. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 9:15 a.m.
