John Newberys Honored at Dinner Party Couple Celebrate Birthdays and 62d Wedding 'Anniversary (From Monday's Eagle) Mr. end Mrs. John 'Ncwbery of Williams Street were feted at dinner last evening at the home of their daughter, Mrs.

Frank M. Potts, 815 Williams Street, In honor of their birthdays and wedding anniversary. Mr. Newbery was 90 years old Christmas Day and his will have her 85th birthday Jan. 13.

They will have been married 62 years tomorrow. Both are active and In good health. Among the guests wore four daughters, two sons, 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Cahill of 155 Francis Avenue. Rev. Eugene Mill-shall, D.D., pastor, performed the 10 o'clock ceremony in a setting of poinsettias. Mrs, Mary Walsh was at the organ and Miss Jean Guiltinan sang, Given in marriage by her father, the bride was dressed in white slipper satin styled with sweetheart neckline, fitted and long train. Her long veil fell from a Juliet cap trimmed with seed pearls and she carried a white orchid on a prayerbook with sweetpea streamers.

Miss Eleanor Ormsbee, maid of honor for her sister, wore white silk jersey with full net skirt, fitted bodice and sweetheart neckline, and a Juliet cap of white feathers. Her arm was of red and white carnations. Bridesmaids were the Misses Marianne McGill of Hinsdale, Helen Powers, Nancy Wyman of Great Barrington, cousin of the bride, and Mrs, James M. Clark. Their white, gowns and headdresses were similar to the maid ot honor's and they carried arm bouquets of red carnations with matching bows.

Mrs. Ormsbee, mother of tho bride, wore Eleanor blue'crepe and a corsage of American Beauty roses. The bridegroom's mother was dressed in lime crepe and her corsage was of white pompons, Mr. Clark was best man and ushers were Edward Haddad, Albert Capitani, Winston Words- wortlt of I-Iousatonic and Lawrence Mellotjy, cousin of the bridegroom.
