Angel Cooke DAVENPORT Services for Angel May Cooke, stillborn daughter of LaTashia Cooke and Herbert Shorter, Davenport, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport Orr's Mortuary, Rock Island, is in charge of arrangements. Angel was born May 20, 2000, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport. Survivors, in addition to her parents, include a sister, Her-mea Shorter; and her grandmother, Bertha Cooke, Davenport.

Dennis Hobert WARWICK, R.I. Dennis M. Hobert 51, Warwick, died Monday, May 15, 2000, at his home. Services with military honors were held May 20 at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery. Mr.

Herbert was a welder-fabricator for 15 years with RC Reetz, Pawtucket, R.I. He was born in Davenport. He served in the Marines during the Vietnam War. Taylor Ridge Fowler Cope Jr. TAYLOR RIDGE, 111. -Fowler T. Cope 74, Taylor Ridge, died Monday, May 22, 2000. Services will be 11 a.m.

Moline Dennis Schwanke MOLINE Services for Dennis Arthur Schwanke, 56, of 6112 56th formerly of Monmouth, 111., will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hodgson Funeral Home Rock Island. The Rev. Robert Hagen will officiate. Entombment will be in Rock Island Memorial Park mausoleum.

Military services will be conducted at the cemetery by Milan Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Schwanke died Saturday, May 20, 2000, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.

He was employed 34 years at Case-IH, East Moline. He retired in April 1999 as a forklift operator. He was born March 26, 1944, in Wabasha, to Leonard E. and Eileen (Zabel) Schwanke. He married Y.

Antoinetta "Toni" Wayland on July 4, 1969, in Macomb, DL He graduated in 1962 from John Marshall Senior High School, Rochester, Minn. During the Vietnam War, he served as a specialist 4 in the Army. He received the National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church, Coal Valley, 111. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, mushrooming and loved the outdoors.

Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Survivors include his wife, Antoinetta; daughters, Dawn (Christopher Bishop, Princeton, 111., and Cindi (Richard) Nelson, Colchester, son, Jeff (fiancee, Brandi Nies) Rock Island; his mother, Eileen Schwanke Richardson, Rochester, seven grandchildren; sister, Faith Bothun, Amarillo, Texas; uncle, Glen and Trudy Zabel, Plainview, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1992. Helen Ingram MOLINE Services for Helen L. Ingram, 93, Moline, will be 11 a.m.

Wednesday at Wheelan Funeral Home, Rock Island. Visitation is one hour before the service. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park. Mrs. Ingram died Sunday, May 21, 2000, at Trinity Medical Center-West Campus, Rock Island.

She was a homemaker. Helen Sears was born June 17, 1906, in Fulton County, 111. She married Cletus Ingram in 1948 in Seguine, Texas. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Survivors include her husband, Cletus; stepson, Mike Ingram, Atlanta; and sister, Mae Schiller, Rock Island.

More obituaries: C3 Vista Care Cottage, Gilbert, Ariz. She was a homemaker Elva Jameyson was born Aug. 18, 1899, in Clinton. She married Walter Price in 1921 in Clinton. He died in 1964.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Clinton. Mrs. Price is survived by nieces and nephews, including Charles Turner and Laura Turner, both of Clinton. ness. Mary Brokel was born March 2, 1899, in rural Mount Vernon.

She married Martin "Mike" Christensen in 1933 in Davenport. They established businesses in West Branch, Lisbon, Marion and Mount Vernon before farming in West Branch. He died in 1949. After that, she owned an apartment house for 10 years in Iowa City. She also worked at Lourdes Hall, Mercy Hospital School of Nursing hall, from 1964 to 1972.

A memorial fund has been established. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Alma Dudley, Iowa City Davenport Wendell Deware, CSB DAVENPORT Memorial services for Wendell H. Deware, CSB, 74, Davenport, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport. No visitation will be held.

Burial will be later. Mr. Deware died Saturday, May 20, 2000, in Lake Bluff, 111. He was a Christian Science teacher and Practitioner for more than 30 years in the Davenport area. Before becoming a listed Practitioner in 1959, he worked in the circulation department of the former Times Democrat.

He was born April 24, 1926, in Davenport, to Harold and Florence (Staples) Deware. He married Joan Tetter on Dec. 23, 1956, in Fairmount, Minn. During World War II, he served in the Navy. He then graduated in 1950 from SUI with a major in English.

He had since published several articles in the Christian Science publications. He served as Christian Science Committee on Publication for the state of Iowa for 13 years. He enjoyed classical music. Memorials may be made to First Church of Christ, Scientist, Davenport, or The Deware Association. Survivor include his wife, Joan; daughter, Julie Abel, Davenport; nephew, Paul McMillin, Carlisle, and grandson, Michael McCann, Davenport.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy McMillin, in 1996. Colleen Bigwood CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio Colleen S. Bigwood, 53, Cir-cleville, died Sunday, May 21, 2000, at her home. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.

Burial will be in Forest Cemetery Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Colleen Dunn was born July 14, 1946, in Chicago. Gibson, 85, Bettendorf, formerly of Dubuque and Galena, 111., will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Friends may gather one hour before the services at the mortuary Mrs. Gibson died May 21, 2000, of an acute aneurysm at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus, Davenport. Jane Mary Sweenev was born Aug.

2, Mrs. Gibson 1914, in Holy Cross, Iowa, to Frank and Genevieve (McCloskey) Sweeney. She was married to Alick J. Gibson for 25 years. They wed on Feb.

21, 1943, in Galena, 111. He died in 1973. She worked as a real estate agent with Grampp Real Estate Co. and after retiring, worked with both of her daughters in their respective businesses. Mrs.

Gibson loved antiques and especially enjoyed her circle of family and friends. Her other memberships included Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Bettendorf. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society Survivors include daughters, Sally (Mrs. Don) Lee, LeClaire, Iowa, and Jill (Mrs. Bob) Sidney, Davenport; five grandchildren; and brothers, Charles Sweeney, Springfield, and Miles "Pat" Sweeney, Dubuque, Iowa.

Virginia Hutchinson SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. Virginia M. Hutchinson, 88, Scotts-dale, formerly of Bettendorf and Davenport, died Friday, May 19, 2000, at the Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Mountain View Mortuary, Mesa.

Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery Virginia Smith was born April 5, 1912, in Odin, 111. She married Ralph Hutchinson. She assisted her husband with the pastorate of First Assembly of God in Bettendorf and other churches as well. He died in 1983. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Valley or Westside Assembly Davenport.

Survivors include a daughter, JoAnn and Paul Lummer, Scottsdale, formerly of Davenport, with whom she resided; sons, Jim, New Bern, N.C., and Dan, Palm Springs, seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters; and a brother. 21, 2000, at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus, Davenport He was employed as a mechanic with Services, Mr. LeDoux Davenport He was born Nov. 21, 1944, in Silverton, Ore. Glinda Lund DAVENPORT Glinda Lund, 46, Davenport, died Sunday, May 21, 2000, at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus.

No services or visitation will be held. Her body was cremated. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements. Glinda Carol Milam was born July 6, 1953, in Houston, to Larry and Alice (Ayling) Milam. She married T.C.

Lund on Sept. 5, 1996, in Davenport. Glinda enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, plants, watching birds and playing with her pets. She was a kind, loving person and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband, T.C.
