He is accused of threatening to cut his girlfriend with a pair of scissors Monday after striking her in the face with his fist. Donald T. Anderson 40, of 1014 17th Rock Island, was arrested Monday in Rock Island County and was charged with three counts of forgery.

He is accused of forging checks at HyVee and at Casey's Just-A-Bar in Rock Island on April 25 and 27. The checks were drawn on First of America Bank. Lasandra D. Floyd, 24, of 604 19th Rock Island, was arrested Friday in Rock Island on a warrant charging her with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). She is accused of possessing cocaine April 28 in Rock Island.

Phillip D. Schlichting, 20, of 3716 43rd Apt. 105, Moline, was arrested Thursday in Rock Island and was charged with criminal damage to property. He is accused of damaging a window at an abandoned residence in the 100 block on 15th Street. Mary A.

Freeman Jr. and Twila S. Novitske, both of Buffalo, Iowa. Grill fire injures Davenport man A Davenport man dived into his backyard swimming pool after catching on fire in a gas grill explosion. The 47-year-old man was treated for second-degree burns Thursday and was released from St.

Luke's Hospital in Davenport, Davenport fire officials said. The man's name was not available from the fire department. The man was cooking outdoors about 5 p.m. Thursday when the grill overheated. That caused a valve to release on a second propane tank stored beneath the grill.

Meyer, 22, of Durant, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday at East Locust and Bridge streets in Davenport and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, eluding and disobeying a traffic control device. Daniel N. Keefe, 20, of 3326 N. Willow Court, Bettendorf, was arrested Wednesday in the 2400 block on Middle Road, in Davenport and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain control of his vehicle.

He was involved in an accident when he struck a street sign. James W. Burnhart, 40, of Davenport, was arrested June 9 on 53rd Street in Davenport and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), driving while his license is revoked and improper lane usage. Robert A. Perdue, 44, of 514 1st Moline, was arrested Friday at 5th Avenue and 33rd Street in Rock Island and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .10 or more, improper lane usage and driving while his license is suspended.

Ricky D. Innis, 44, of Iowa City, was arrested June 8 in the 3000 block on State Street in Bettendorf and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, speeding and improper lane usage. She is accused of taking $687.10 from cash registers while employed at JC'Penney department store at Northpark Mall in February. Jeremy Woods, 17, of 1604 W. 4th Davenport, was arrested Monday in Davenport on a warrant charging him with second-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of damaging several windows on property in the 1500 block on Rockingham Road in Davenport during a fight on March 10. Donald A.

Tomsha 27, of 702 Indian Road, Davenport, was arrested Monday in Davenport on a warrant charging him with third-degree theft. He is accused of issuing a $467.15 check to Roofing Wholesale in August, knowing the checking account was closed. Daryi Hicks, 28, no address listed, was arrested Monday in Davenport on a warrant charging him with second-degree fraudulent practices. He is accused of failing to report employment to Job Service of Iowa resulting in a $784 overpayment of unemployment benefits. Steven W.

Whiteside, 36, of 3017 W. High Davenport, was arrested Monday in Davenport and was charged with first-degree robbery and on a warrant charging him with four counts of first-degree robbery. He is accused of robbing McDonald's, 3102 W. Locust Davenport, on Monday and robbing the Kwik Shop, 3024 W. Central Park and The Cedar Street Inn, 810 Cedar Davenport, in May.

Robert D. Myrick, 35, of 1127 Emerald Drive, Davenport, was arrested Sunday in Eldridge, Iowa, and was charged with third-degree theft and interference with official acts. He is accused of taking a cordless telephone from the Eldridge Pharmacy on Sunday and providing police with false information. Eric L. Jones, 23, of 2101 W.

6th Davenport, was arrested Thursday in Davenport and was charged with terrorism and two counts of simple domestic assault. He is accused of striking his live-in girlfriend in the face with his fist and striking another woman and shooting a gun at the ceiling during an argument at his residence. Nita E. Bland, 31 of 829 17th Rock Island, was arrested Wednesday in Davenport and was charged with prostitution. She is accused of offering an undercover police officer sexual favors for money while in the 200 block on South Pine Street in Davenport.

John E. Ducey, 43, whose last address is 930 23rd Rock Island, was arrested Wednesday in Davenport and was charged with second-degree robbery. He is accused of taking cigarettes valued at $71 .04 from Jewel Food Store, 2300 Spruce Hills Drive, Bettendorf, and shoving a store employee while attempting to flee. Charles E. Summage, 39, of 907 Gaines Davenport, was arrested Thursday in Davenport and was charged with first-degree theft and second-degree burglary.

He is accused of entering an apartment in the 1100 block on East 39th Street in Davenport on May 26 and taking a motorcycle Thursday in Davenport. Patricia N. Davis, 43, of 3220 Heatherton Drive, Davenport, was arrested Thursday in Davenport and was charged with forgery and second-degree theft. She Is accused of forging her ex-husband's signature and taking $1,200 from a bank account belonging to her ex-husband on May 22. Anthony J.

Richie, 23, of 3520 Heatherton Drive, Davenport, was arrested Thursday in Davenport and was charged with second-degree theft. He is accused of taking a truck belonging to another person without permission. Eladio A. He is accused of punching a man and knocking him unconscious during a dispute Tuesday at 5th and Oak streets In Davenport. Eric M. Mayes, 18, of 714 Gaines Davenport, was arrested Monday in Davenport and was charged with unlawful delivery of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He is accused of delivering marijuana Monday in the 1000 block on West 6th Street in Davenport, Vaughn S. Noelan, 31, of 11482 140th Davenport, was arrested June 8 In Davenport and was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (amphetamines), trespass and public Intoxication.

He is accused of trespassing on his ex-girlfriend's property. Rock Island County Robert P. Malone. 26, of 1639 W. Hayes Davenport, was arrested Wednesday in Rock Island and was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).

He is accused of possessing cocaine during a traffic stop near 7th Avenue In Rock Island. Maggie J. Thompson, 45, of 516 6th Rock Island, was arrested Tuesday in Rock Island and was charged with aggravated battery. She is accused of hitting her 29-year-old daughter on the hand with a hammer. Fleming, 35, of 523 21st Rock Island, was arrested Tuesday in Rock Island and was charged with felony unlawful possession of marijuana. He is accused of possessing 16.5 grams of marijuana. Cecil Garrison, 33, of Chicago and Lugene D. Burnett, 27, of 938 22nd Apt. 9, Rock Island, were arrested In the same Incident and were charged with misdemeanor unlawful possession of marijuana.

Burnett also was charged with criminal trespass to land. He Is accused of trespassing on Housing Authority property. Rodney Casillas, 21, of 1212 15th Moline, was arrested Tuesday In Moline and was charged with attempted obstruction of justice, criminal damage to property and two counts of battery and on a warrant charging him with battery. Rock Island County William Brusso, 36, of 929 42nd Apt. 1A, East Moline, has pleaded guilty to battery and was sentenced to 21 months of probation and four months in the Rock island County Jail with credit for time served. He was ordered to obtain a mental health evaluation and pay a $10-per-month probation fee.

He was accused of making physical contact of a provoking nature with a woman on Feb. 16. Charges of criminal sexual assault and unlawful restraint were dismissed. Randall Burmeister, 26, of 728 17th Rock Island, has pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to four years in prison followed by two years of mandatory supervised release. He is accused of burglarizing United Improvement 1507 1 6th Moline, on Oct.

29. Jack E. White 26, of 811V: 5V2 Rock Island, has pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and received two seven-year prison sentences to be served concurrently followed by two years of mandatory supervised release. He was given credit for 182 days served. He was accused of delivering cocaine to an undercover police officer in October in Rock Island.

Charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of weapons by a felon against Charles C. Roberson, 49, of 920 19th Rock Island, have been dismissed. He was accused of possessing cocaine and a gun April 1 in Rock Island. Alvin M. Haines, 20, of Maysville, Iowa, has pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay $600 in fines, $200 in fees and a $5-per-month probation fee and obtain a substance abuse evaluation.

He was accused of possessing cocaine April 14 in Rock Island County. i Eric L. Johnson, 30, of 725 12th Rock Island, has pleaded guilty to unlawful distribution of a look-alike substance and two counts of unlawful delivery of a marijuana and was sentenced to two years of, probation and 180 days In the Rock Island County Jail with credit for time served. He was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation, obtain his general education diploma, seek employment and pay a $240 fine and a $12-per-day fee for remaining jail time. He was accused of delivering marijuana fo an undercover police officer in August 1989.

I Willie Heam III, 36, of 528 19th Rock Island, has pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to four years of probation and 180 days In the Rock Island County Jail. He was ordered to pay a $30 fine and a $5-per-month probation fee and seek full time employment or perform 300 hours of community service work. He was accused of. delivering cocaine to an undercover pollca officer Nov. 27 In Rock Island.

An additional count of unlawful delivery was dismissed. Byron K. Rhoden, 18, of 1215 8th Rock Island, has pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in prison to be followed by two years of mandatory supervised release. He was accused of delivering cocaine Dec. 6 In Rock Island.

Gerety, 24, of 2943 Jefferson Davenport, has pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and received a 120-day suspended jail sentence, a $500 fine and one year of unsupervised probation.
