At the fruit meeting: Saturday evening? it was decided to notify the growers at every shipping: point and ask them to organize at once a branch association of the state organization The object of this Is to have the fruit growers in close touch witheach other in order that they may not only keep posted on prices but may act unitedly and not bid against each other when buyers are here from the east A great advantage of such an organization will be the ability to sell in lots consisting of several cars Jfa this way the profits of several small commission men do not have to be paid as the fruit can be sold direct to the big dealers who will not bother with single car lots A system of grades can be established so that a grower's entire crop can be sold cars here in Idaho for the cash and without delay The plan meets with the earnest approval of the largest growers in this vicinity The state horticultural inspector A McPherson and several others equally interested will see to it that notices are sent to all the orchard-ists at every shipping point in this district and they hope soon to have an Ironclad organization effected Shelby of Weiser is president of the association and Dr
